Prop 123 Homeownership
- Development and Acquisition Projects: Applications for the new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of housing for homeownership will be accepted monthly at the first of the month starting July 1, 2023.
- Owner Repair Programs: DOH will be accepting applications for its Annual Application round July 1, 2023 and a special round September 1, 2023.
- Down Payment Assistance Programs: DOH will be accepting applications for its Annual Application round December 1, 2023.
Prop 123 Homelessness
- Development of Supportive Housing and Bridge Housing: Applications for the new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of housing for Supportive Housing and Bridge Housing will be accepted monthly starting July 1, 2023. Please note that Supportive Housing projects must first apply through the Annual RFA for the Creation of Supportive Housing to be determined as quality Supportive Housing.
- Street Outreach and Rapid Rehousing: DOH will be accepting applications with its Annual Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), which will be released in September 2023.
- Supportive Housing Services: DOH will be accepting applications for Tenancy Support Services, also known as Housing-focused Services, with its Annual Request for Applications (RFA) for the Creation of Supportive Housing, which will have quarterly due dates, with the first released later in 2023.
- Homeless Prevention Including Rental Assistance And Legal Assistance: DOH will solicit applications through a special Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
