Annie Olson, Outreach & Education Manager

Annie manages the summer and winter conferences, the CCI Associate Program, and training and special events. She is responsible for CCI communication materials, including eCountyLines, CountyLines, and social media. She also staffs the CCI Front Range District.

Katie staffs and covers issues involving the CCI Health & Human Services Steering Committee and the CCI Justice & Public Safety Steering Committee, as well as the CCI Southern District.

Reagan staffs and covers issues involving the CCI Agriculture, Wildlife & Rural Affairs Steering Committee, the CCI Land Use & Natural Resources Steering Committee, and the CCI Tourism, Resorts, & Economic Development Committee, as well as the CCI Western District.

Kieran Boes, Legislative & Member Services Coordinator

Kieran supports the administrative and advocacy functions of the organization. He works closely with the legislative team on their priorities, ensuring timely completion of their goals. He is a general point of contact for members and the community seeking information on any matter. He also manages key initiatives and special projects.

Meghan MacKillop, Legislative Liaison

For the 2025 Legislative Session, Meghan will staff and cover issues involving General Government, and Transportation & Telecommunications. Meghan brings a wealth of experience to her work, with over a decade of dedicated service at the Colorado General Assembly. She began her career in government as a member of the nonpartisan staff at both Colorado Legislative Legal Services and Legislative Council Staff. There she honed her skills and developed her expertise in water resources, agriculture, and education policy. Most recently, Meghan has made her mark as a legislative and policy advocate with the Colorado Municipal League (CML).

Kevin Neimond, Legislative Liaison

For the 2025 Legislative Session, Kevin will staff and cover issues involving Justice and Public Safety, as well as Health and Human Services. Kevin provides expert insight and counsel acquired through more than 15 years working in key roles in the state capitol where he was responsible for leading teams within the Colorado Department of Human Services and as a chief policy analyst for one of the legislature’s most consequential committees.
